During and after the lockdowns, I let the famous multinational apps manage my orders
and I felt I had lost control of my clients,
as well as a huge percentage of my income.
Every aspect of the service via app, from graphics to slogans, from procedures to customer data,
it was in their hands.
I had have to accept it and pay the price in silence.
I was tired of it.
I wanted independence, autonomy and less expenses...
I was searching for MY OWN APP, to help me HANDLE MY OWN CUSTOMERS' ORDERS: delivery, take-away, but also in person at my restaurant.
